Mi fascinaci\u00f3n por el aprendizaje ha guiado mi camino, manteni\u00e9ndome <strong>siempre atenta y curiosa ante la vida<\/strong>. Como estudiante constante, incorporo a mis clases de yoga otras t\u00e9cnicas de movimiento, como el <strong>LK Movimiento Inteligente\u00ae, del cual soy maestra certificada<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, recientemente obtuve un <strong>m\u00e1ster en meditaci\u00f3n Mindfulness de la mano de Alba Valle<\/strong>.<br \/>Estoy aqu\u00ed para acompa\u00f1arte en una pr\u00e1ctica que te conducir\u00e1 hacia un espacio de aprendizaje, autoconocimiento y desarrollo personal. En mis clases, nos sumergimos en el proceso maravilloso de humanizar nuestras vidas, encontrando la calma que reside en nuestro ser, siempre centrados y en expansi\u00f3n. Acceder a nuestra humanidad es esencial para nuestro bienestar. Y, un buen d\u00eda, cuando ten\u00eda 18 a\u00f1os, me apunt\u00e9 a clases de yoga. No lo dije en casa. Cuando yo era joven, lo del yoga\u2026, no estaba muy bien entendido. Pas\u00e9 unos meses sin decir nada, ahorrando parte de la paga de los domingos para pagar la cuota mensual, hasta que finalmente una noche cenando en casa pregunt\u00e9 a mis padres si notaban algo raro en m\u00ed, y c\u00f3mo no pod\u00eda ser de otra forma, me dijeron que NO.<br \/>Yo les expliqu\u00e9 que llevaba tres meses apuntada a yoga y que me encantaba. Segu\u00ed yendo a mis clases, pero m\u00e1s tranquila y recuperando mi paga de los domingos para disfrutarla con mis amigos. Lo que yo no sab\u00eda es que aqu\u00ed empezaba una manera de estar en el mundo (primero como alumna y unos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde como profesional).
